Jelena Buac

“I am dedicated to helping clients navigate their family law matters with practical advice, clear communication, and strategic advocacy.”

I have exclusively practiced family law since becoming a lawyer in 2015. I began my career as a family lawyer at a large full-service firm before co-founding our specialized family law firm in 2020.

I have experience representing clients in all areas of family law, from helping families develop child-focused parenting plans to resolving complex support and property division issues involving high-net-worth or self-employed individuals.

Whenever possible, I take a practical and resolution-oriented approach, working toward favourable settlements through negotiation or mediation.

For matters that cannot be resolved out of court, I provide effective representation and guidance through all stages of the litigation process.

Outside of my law practice, I can be found in “mom mode” and occasionally reminiscing about the hobbies I once had.
